根據(jù)《中華人民共和國教師法》《教師資格條例》《〈教師資格條例〉實施辦法》《中小學教師資格定期注冊暫行辦法》和《******************************中小學教師資格定期注冊試點工作實施方案》（吉教師字〔****〕**號），現(xiàn)將****年中小學教師資格定期注冊有關(guān)事項公告如下： 一、注冊對象 *.公辦普通中小學、幼兒園、中等職業(yè)學校和特殊教育學校、專門學校在編在崗教師； *.依法舉辦的民辦普通中小學、幼兒園、中等職業(yè)學校在崗教師； *.在教師進修學校、教育教研室、電化教育館、少年宮等教育機構(gòu)從事教育教學相關(guān)工作，聘任中小學（中等職業(yè)學校）教師職稱的在編在崗人員。 二、注冊條件 （一）滿足以下條件的，首次注冊合格： *.具有與任教崗位相應的教師資格； *.遵守國家法律法規(guī)、《新時代中小學教師職業(yè)行為十項準則》《新時代幼兒園教師職業(yè)行為十項準則》和《中小學教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》，有良好的師德表現(xiàn)； *.上年度考核合格及以上等次。首次任教人員須試用期滿且考核合格。 *.身心健康，勝任教育教學工作。 （二）滿足以下條件的，定期注冊合格： *.具有與任教崗位相應的教師資格； *.遵守國家法律法規(guī)、《新時代中小學教師職業(yè)行為十項準則》《新時代幼兒園教師職業(yè)行為十項準則》和《中小學教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》，有良好的師德表現(xiàn)； *.注冊有效期內(nèi)每年年度考核合格及以上等次； *.注冊有效期內(nèi)完成不少于國******************************級教育行政部門規(guī)定的***個培訓學時； *.身心健康，勝任教育教學工作。 （三）有下列情形之一的，應暫緩定期注冊： *.注冊有效期內(nèi)未完成國******************************級教育行政部門規(guī)定的教師培訓學時; *.中止教育教學和教育管理工作一學期及以上的，但經(jīng)學校或教育行政部門批準的進修、培訓、學術(shù)交流、病休、產(chǎn)假等情形除外； *.注冊有效期內(nèi)任何一年年度考核不合格的； *.受到黨政紀處分未解除的。 暫緩注冊期限最長為兩年，暫緩注冊者達到定期注冊條件后，可重新申請定期注冊。 （四）有下列情形之一的，注冊不合格： *.違反《新時代中小學教師職業(yè)行為十項準則》《新時代幼兒園教師職業(yè)行為十項準則》《中小學教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》或有《中小學教師違反職業(yè)道德行為處理辦法》所述行為，影響惡劣的； *.注冊有效期內(nèi)連續(xù)兩年以上（含兩年）年度考核不合格的； *.依法被撤銷或喪失教師資格的。 注冊結(jié)論為不合格者，所持證書不能再重新注冊。 三、注冊程序及時間安排 （一）網(wǎng)上報名（**月**日—**月**日）
